Meeting rooms available
Two meeting rooms, that can be configured in a variety of styles (eg boardroom, seminar, classroom and theatre), are available for hire by both tenants and non-tenants. They are ideal for an awayday, training session or other business meeting. Coffee, tea, fruit juices, biscuits and cold lunches can be arranged. Prices: £20 per hour for the larger room (suit up to 12 people) or £10 per hour for the smaller (suit up to 8 people). Cheaper rates for half day or full day. Business incubator
Normanby Gateway includes five incubator suites suitable for one to three people. These rooms are self contained, fully furnished and are ready for immediate occupation. These units are intended to encourage you to start your own business in the most effective way. Gateway Briefings
Once a month on the second Thursday between 5pm and 7pm we host seminars on a variety of technical, management, personal development and entrepreneurial topics. The meetings are free of charge. Recent topics have included making a podcast, intelligent systems, obtaining early stage equity funding, the virtual organisation and the paperless office. We have also hosted several patent clinics.
