From junction 3 on the M180 travel north for a mile on the M181 to its end at a roundabout. Take the A1077 (second exit) which is signed to Normanby Enterprise Park and continue past the Skippingale Enterprise Park, up a hill, past the Foxhills Industrial Estate and turn left at the third roundabout. This is the B1430 Normanby Road. Head north for about a mile to a newly constructed roundabout. Lysaghts Way is the first exit and Normanby Gateway is the first building on the right.
